What’s the catch with Free?

None hidden: one property, the no-hardware password-gate mode, and the dashboard shows your first 100 contacts (the rest are stored and unlock when you upgrade). It exists so you can prove it works on your own place before paying.

Is there really no per-contact fee?

No. Your list is yours; growing it should never cost more. Email sends are unlimited on Host and Property-manager plans. SMS is billed at carrier cost.

What counts as a property?

One listing at one address with its own WiFi. A duplex with two units on one router is one property.

Do I need a card for the trial?

Yes, so setup is instant — you won’t be charged until day 31 and we’ll remind you before that. The free plan needs no card at all.

Can I be billed in CAD?

Prices are in USD; Canadian hosts can pay in CAD at checkout.
